An unfiltered look into the build process of a custom Furrnished bed.

1The Base

After receiving your order, our craftsman will start by constructing the base of your chosen model

Our bases are built from mixtures of high grade wood for extended support and durability

Furthermore, our base ensures that your bed will not lose its shape overtime, unlike most pet beds on the market

This step of the process can range from 2-3 hours depending on the size of your bed.

2Upholstery - The Padding

Following the construction of the base, our team then applies a foam shell around the bed frame.

This is an important step as it adds further support and comfort for your pet.

Measuring and cutting during this step must be done carefully so that the fabric can be wrapped smoothly around the entire surface.

This step of the process often takes 30-45 minutes.

We just so happen to make it look easy.

3Upholstery - The Fabric

Once the bed is prepped for fabric, a skilled seamstress of ours will locate your chosen material from our warehouse.

They will then expertly sew the finishing layer using industrial machines and bonded upholstery thread for superior strength.

During this step a liquid resistant cushion liner will be added for double protection against inevitable accidents.

This step of the process is the most time consuming and can take up to 3 hours!

4Personalization

After all upholstery is completed, our team will then add any personalization requests.

Because we take pride in our work and believe that our brand represents a strong will for quality and customer satisfaction, each piece is reviewed and then approved for shipment by the placement of our stainless steel touch.

5Call It Furrnished

After an average of 5 hours, your Furrnished bed is now crafted!

It will be moved on to our fulfillment team where they will kindly pack your bed with measures that suit safe delivery.
